Cancellations:
All cancellation requests must be initiated within 24 hours of placing the order or before your order has been shipped, whichever happens first.
Exchange or Returns:
We don’t accept exchange or returns on our products due to hygiene reasons. However, if you receive damaged/wrong products, please contact us at support@metincare.com within 24 hours of receiving the product and we’ll do everything we can to make it right.
